No surprise price
The number you agree to when you book is the number on the invoice. Nothing is added on the day for a bigger oven, a second flight of stairs or a harder week than we expected.
No wondering if it got done
You stop inspecting the bathroom before you believe the house is finished. That job has moved to us, and the next section is how.
No managing us
No notes left on the bench. No re-explaining the laundry to whoever turns up. No Sunday spent finishing the bits that were missed.
No pretending about who cleans
Marigold is run by one person and the cleaning is delivered by vetted independent local teams. We say that plainly rather than implying a uniformed workforce we do not have.

The photos are read against the list for your service before the job is closed off. A miss gets found at this step rather than by you, at nine that night.
Kept, and yours to ask for
Ask for the record of any visit and you get it. Most people ask once, early on, and then stop asking. That is the whole intention.

Questions people ask before they book
Who actually comes to my home
The same small team each visit, wherever the roster allows it. They run their own business, they are bound to the checklist for the service you booked, and what you are told about them on this site is a condition of them working here rather than a hope.
Do I need to be home
No, and most people are not. Tell us how to get in when you book, and where to leave the key on the way out. Pets can stay home too, which is the next question down.
How do cancellations work
Free if you cancel more than 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours it is half the price, because your team has already turned down other work. If we cannot get in on the day, it is the full price.
What about my pets
Pets are welcome to stay home. Tell us when you book so your team is not surprised and so we allow the extra time that hair and paw prints take.
