A standard clean is a three bedroom, two bathroom home. Bigger homes and vacate work pay more, and the figure is on the job before you accept it.

Take the ones that suit your run and your week. Declining costs you nothing and does not change what you are offered next.
Clean to the checklist, send the photo wrap-up
The list is published before you arrive, all 101 items for a recurring clean. Photograph the items on the way out and the job closes itself.
Paid the following Tuesday
One payment, every week, for everything completed. No invoicing us, no statements, no following anybody up for money.
Who does what
The split
Everything that is not cleaning is ours. That is the whole arrangement.
We handle

- The complaint, if there is one

Before you apply
What we need from you
Conditions of engagement, not a wish list. We check the first two before any job is offered.
- A registered business with an ABN
- We contract business to business. Sole traders with an ABN are businesses.
- $10 million public liability insurance
- In your business name. We ask for the certificate of currency before the first job and again when it lapses.
- Your own equipment and eco-friendly products
- We do not supply either, and the products you bring have to be low tox.
- 12 months operating, preferred
- Not a hard line. Less than that and we will want to talk about the work you have done.
- Working somewhere in west Brisbane
- We clean 64 suburbs west of the city and nothing outside them.

What businesses ask us
Is this a job
No. It is business to business subcontracting between your business and ours. You are not an employee, there is no roster you are obliged to, and you invoice nothing because we pay on a schedule. Your ABN, your insurance, your tax.
Do I have to work exclusively for you
No, and we would not ask. Keep your own clients and your own book. We are one source of work among whatever else you run.
How do payouts work
Every Tuesday, one payment covering everything completed the week before, to the account on your application. We calculate it from the jobs closed in the system, so there is nothing for you to submit and nothing to reconcile.
Do I deal with the client directly
Only about getting in and getting the job done. Pricing, changes to scope, complaints and money all come back to us. A client asking you for extra work is a conversation to send our way, which is in the terms both sides sign.
What are the photo requirements
The checklist items, photographed before you leave, room by room. Not a highlight reel: the work itself. It is what closes the job, what settles a question about the clean, and what means nobody is taking anybody at their word.
