Frequently asked questions
Which service do I need
If you want the home kept to a standard, that is a recurring clean. If it has got ahead of you and needs hours rather than a routine, that is a one-off deep clean. If you are handing back keys or opening for inspection, that is a vacate and sale clean. The booking form asks you which and prices it either way.
Do I have to talk to anyone to get a price
No. There is no walkthrough, no callback and no quote to wait for. You answer a few questions about your home and the price is on screen before you commit to anything.
Can I add extras to any service
Yes. Inside oven, Inside fridge, Inside microwave, Grease trap clean and more can go on any booking. You add them as needed, so they apply to the visit you put them on rather than every one.
What do you not do
Window cleaning of any kind, inside or out, pressure washing, carpet steam cleaning, builders and post-construction cleans, hoarding and biohazard work, mould remediation beyond surface mould, rubbish removal, garden and lawn work, and repairs, painting and patching. Every one of them needs equipment we do not carry or a trade we are not licensed for. The list below is the whole of it.
